Britt Festivals
Now in its 42nd year, Britt Festivals is the Pacific Northwest's premiere outdoor summer performing arts festival. Located in the historic 1850s gold rush town of Jacksonville, Oregon, Britt presents dozens of summer concerts, featuring world-class artists in classical music, dance, jazz, blues, folk, bluegrass, pop and country music. Oregon Shakespeare Festival
Founded in 1935, the Tony Award-winning Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) is among the oldest and largest professional non-profit theatres in the nation. Each year OSF presents an eight-and-a-half-month season of eleven plays in three theatres plus numerous ancillary activities, and undertakes an extensive theatre education program. Craterian Ginger Rogers Theater
The Craterian Ginger Rogers Theater is southern Oregon's state-of-the-art community performing arts center. The facility features excellent acoustics and sightlines, an impressive array of theatrical equipment and is operated by a professional staff. The auditorium is intimate and comfortable and seats just 750 patrons, yet the stage can accommodate large national concert, dance and theatrical tours. Ginger Rogers first performed at the Craterian in 1926 and later purchased property along the Rogue River and lived as a part-time Oregon resident. Harry and David Bear Creek Orchards originated in Medford, Oregon as a mail catalogue business in 1934 with fruit from local pear orchards. It has grown to be the premier food and gift retailer with 145 stores in 34 states, yet still grows all its fruits within a 15 mile radius of Medford.
