No one knows the region better
Nearly 30 years ago, Susan Howard took one look at beautiful Southern Oregon and somehow knew she had found a setting she'd looked for all her life. The stunning beauty of the surrounding mountains and rivers, along with the friendliness of the communities, convinced her to make this valley her home.
The Rochester, New York native first settled in the mountains above the Applegate Valley where she and her husband bought bare land, built a log home and raised their two daughters, Sabrah and Colbee, in this wonderful environment. She later moved to historic Jacksonville and then to Medford where she now lives with her husband Mark. Along the way Susan has been involved in community projects from the time her children were young, spearheading the building of the Applegate School playground, to more recent volunteer work with SMART (Start Making a Reader Today) and as a board member of the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity. Her other passions include spending time with family and friends, camping, hiking and gardening.
Susan earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from what is now Southern Oregon University. Before choosing real estate as her carreer, she was a marketing professional working in advertising sales in print and television. It was at the latter where she helped create and produce the "Home Premier Show," a local advertising channel for Realtors.
As a full-time Realtor with RE/MAX equity group, inc., Susan ranks in the top 10 percent of all the Realtors in the county. She specializes in residential sales, rural properties, 1031 exchanges and working with retirees.
Her success comes from knowing the area, taking the time to understand her clients' needs and continuously communicating with them from the beginning to the very end of the buying and selling process. They love her easy going personality and the way she works tirelessly to make their experience as stress-free as possible, and maybe even fun.
Please call Susan Howard today for a personal tour of the beautiful Rogue Valley. After 30 years, no one knows Southern Oregon better.
